July Update!

Happy July! Summer is flying by, and I wanted to share a few updates on everything happening behind the Garciaverse scenes.

Writing Update

My biggest writing focus right now is The Bruja Files, a supernatural fantasy that's been close to my heart for several years.

The story follows two Hispanic sisters who begin investigating strange occurrences in their neighborhood after their mother mysteriously disappears. I wrote the script for the television pilot, and now I’m writing the story in novel format. I'm thrilled with the progress so far!

I'm aiming to complete the first draft by the end of the summer before diving into revisions this fall.

If you've read Final Life or Fae Bloodlines, you'll be excited to know there's a connection! The Bruja Files follows members of the Avila family, making it another story set within the Garciaverse.

I'm also outlining the next series set in Faevenly, so there's plenty of magic still to come! (More on that later!)

Bloodlines Legacy Is Complete

One of the biggest milestones this year has been completing the Bloodlines Legacy Trilogy! 🥳

This epic rivals-to-lovers fantasy is now the third completed series in the Garciaverse, joining Final Life and Fae Bloodlines.

Kickstarter Update

I'm also making great progress on the deluxe Bloodlines Legacy Kickstarter editions.

The files are nearly finished and will soon be heading to the printer. Watching this collector's edition project come together has been incredibly rewarding, and I can't wait to share the finished books with everyone!
