August 2026 Update!
Happy August! 🌹
Summer has been flying by, and I've been busy working on several exciting projects behind the scenes. From revisiting beloved characters to building brand-new worlds, there's been no shortage of adventure this month!
Back in the World of Bloodlines Legacy
One of my biggest writing projects right now is the bonus chapter for A Legacy Forged, which will be included for my Kickstarter backers.
It's been such a joy spending time with Mateo, Avalynn, Keeth, and Lirien again. But the character who has truly captured my heart all over again is Leto.❤️
If you've read the Fae Bloodlines series, you know exactly why. Seeing him once again—this time supporting Avalynn in Bloodlines Legacy—has brought everything full circle in a way that's been both emotional and deeply rewarding to write.
I truly hope readers love this final visit to the world as much as I've loved creating it.
Bruja Files Continues to Grow
I'm making great progress on Bruja Files, and one recent realization has changed the beginning of the book—I decided it needs a prologue!
Sometimes stories have a way of telling you exactly what they need, and this one definitely did. I'm excited about the direction it's taking and can't wait to share more as the project moves closer to completion.
Exciting Event News
I'm thrilled to finally share that I'll be returning to ApollyCon in 2027!
I'll also be attending Villains & Vixens for the very first time. It's always such an honor to be invited to these incredible reader events, and I'm already looking forward to meeting so many of you next year.

Kickstarter Update
The Bloodlines Legacy Kickstarter continues to move right along.
The printer has all of the book files and is working through the setup process. While this stage takes time, everything is progressing according to schedule.
I'm also eagerly waiting for the chibi artwork from my artist, one of our final unlocked stretch goals. It's exciting watching all the pieces come together!
A Little Time to Recharge
Last month I had the opportunity to visit Turks & Caicos for the very first time, and it was every bit as beautiful as I'd hoped.
The crystal-clear water, friendly people, and slower pace made it the perfect place to recharge before diving back into writing and event season.
